Once upon a time, not so long ago, I found myself trapped in the relentless cycle of life's demands. As a therapist, I dedicated my days to helping others navigate the turbulent waters of their lives. The weight of their struggles, their pain, and their hopes rested on my shoulders. Day in and day out, I gave my all, often neglecting the most crucial person in the equation: myself.

I worked tirelessly, pushing my limits, believing that self-sacrifice was the path to being a better therapist. Little did I know that this self-neglect was leading me down a treacherous path. The toll it took on my physical and mental health became undeniable when, one fateful day, I received a life-changing diagnosis: diabetes.

This wake-up call was a stark reminder that the very essence of my profession, caring for others, should begin with self-care. It was time to heal myself before I could truly heal others. I embarked on a journey of personal wellness, learning to strike a balance between my responsibilities and my well-being. It was during this transformative period that the idea for Therapeutic Attire was born.
